Confirming Appointments

Once you have scheduled an appointment, an automatic confirmation will be sent to your email. If the Notary is not available at your preferred time, she will call you to reschedule an appointment.

Please be advised that a government-issued photo identity card must be presented to the Notary for client verification purposes. If you are unable to attend the meeting on the scheduled date and time, please inform us at least 03 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged on cancellation without notice or with less than 3 hours' notice.

Virtual Meeting via Video Call

We understand and respect how busy life you have. If you either don't live in Ottawa or you are unable to make an appointment in-person or walk in our office because of any reason, we can schedule a virtual appointment using Google Meet or MS Teams. Please consult the instructions for our online commissioning service here.

Please be advised that online service applies only to the commissioning of an Oath or Declaration. Any document to be certified as a true copy of the original document must be done in-person.
